Clifford Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, along with additional studies in Computer Science and 3D animation. He has more than a decade of experience in workforce management and project leadership, including roles at DIRECTV/AT&T, EdgeRock Technology Partners, and seven years as a Lead Analyst and Project Manager at Indeed.
A Huntington, West Virginia native, Clifford spent several years in Stamford, Connecticut before returning home to build a family and strengthen behavioral health in his home state through his work with the WVBHPA.
Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Amy, and son, Kai, exploring local board game cafés, and designing projects in his home workshop.
