To be eligible for membership in the Association, such applicant must meet all of the following criteria:

  1. An applicant must be currently licensed as a behavioral health center under Title 64, Series 11 of the Code of State Rules, or as a psychiatric hospital under Title 64, Series 12, Section 17 of the Code of State Rules;
  2. An applicant must employ or contract with a full-time staff of at least twenty-five (25) persons; and
  3. An applicant must be currently certified as a participating provider under the West Virginia Medicaid program.

Eligibility for membership in the Association shall be determined by the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall also have the authority to establish membership fees and annual dues to be paid by the members.

Any member may withdraw from the Association by providing ninety (90) days written notice of withdrawal and by paying in full all fees and dues then due and outstanding to the Association.
